Motorola DMR - Telephone interface

The new DMR-PBX unit allows connection of Motorola DMR radio network to a PSTN line. It requires the release 1.8 of Motorola software, and the Phone Patch license for the DMR repeater. HFI ConfGPC software which runs under Windows, can be used to configure this new module.
Indoor and Outdoor localisation using handheld Kenwood NEXEDGE radios

HFI has launched a new option board for Kenwood NEXEDGE handheld radio (NX200, NX300). This RF800K board allows indoor localisation using HF beacons, outdoor localisation using GPS, and lone worker safety. HFI has developed software that allows visualisation of location on a plan of the industrial site and detection of worker safety alarms.

H.F.I. has been approved as Professional Radio Application Partner by Motorola for analog PMR, digital DMR radio networks, and also for TETRA digital networks since 2006.
